The Four Bodies Wellness Program is an 8 week structured and self-guided program designed to help participants evaluate, grow, and heal in the four key areas of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. The program begins with four independent quizzes to assess each body and delivers weekly or twice-weekly content installments to guide participants through self-discovery, actionable exercises, and growth.
