What an incredible day. Heartfelt, real, fun and deep. Robyn, Ellie and Merav taught incredible sessions with the theme of light and dark, and all of the women brought their open selves. We danced, meditated, did so much amazing yoga and movement, ate lunch, journaled, talked with each other and breathed together.
